Schools Reopening September 12, 2024

After consulting with our local authorities, considering current and forecasted air quality, and working in coordination with our neighboring districts, all schools and after school programs in Perris Elementary School District will be OPEN tomorrow, Thursday, September 12, 2024. If your child has sensitive health requirements and you feel the need to keep them home, we encourage you to do what you feel is best. Missed school for medical reasons will be marked as an excused absence. We know that wildfires are unpredictable, and we will be monitoring the situation throughout the days to come. Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to welcoming everyone back tomorrow.

Después de consultar con nuestras autoridades locales, considerando las condiciones actuales y pronosticadas de la calidad del aire en nuestra área de los incendios cercanos y en coordinación con nuestros distritos vecinos, todas las escuelas y los programas después de la escuela en el Distrito Escolar Primario de Perris estarán ABIERTOS mañana, jueves, 12 de septiembre de 2024. Si su hijo/a tiene requisitos de salud sensibles y usted siente la necesidad de mantenerlos en casa, le animamos a hacer lo que usted siente que es mejor. Faltar a la escuela por razones médicas se marcará como una ausencia justificada. Sabemos que los incendios forestales son impredecibles y estaremos pendientes de la situación durante los próximos días. Gracias por su comprensión y apoyo.
